Tank assembly and testing

With the impellers finally created, it was time to put all of the pieces together and find out how well the final assembly worked. Would the impellers spin? Would the vortex still form?

I began the testing by first assembling the tanks "dry" and seeing whether the impellers seemed to move freely in the air. Once I was satisfied that friction seemed minimal, I began my "wet" test.

For those interested in seeing the tests performed, I made sure to record my trials. You may find them here, here, here and here.
